International Journal of Nutrition Sciences (IJNS/ Int J Nutr Sci) is an official quarterly publication. IJNS publishes nutrition research that addresses community nutrition, clinical nutrition, cellular and molecular nutrition, food science and technology in an online-only format, after peer review processing. Submitted manuscripts must comply with IJNS’s Instructions for Authors. Manuscripts outside of the scope of IJNS are returned without the delay of a full review, generally within a week of submission.
